UEN Network maintenance impacting CHPC DTN and Tangent - Thursday, July 18, 11pm

Users of the CHPC Data Transfer Nodes and Tangent Cluster
During this maintenance window all CHPC Data Transfer Nodes (DTNs) that use the Science DMZ – which are all of the DTNs other than dtn03 and the DTNs in the Protected Environment – will not be available.
In addition, we expect that tangent jobs will not be able to start or exit during this window of time (but running jobs will be fine).

End: Friday, July 19th, 2019 at 2:00 AM
Description: We are upgrading our ASR 9010, RSP440's to a RSP 880's at our DDC POP Site. This will be on the A device.
Impact: Primarily, major links that will go down have redundant paths and traffic will be rerouted through or around the POP. Sites that terminate on that device will be down for the duration of the outage.
