CHPC INFORMATION: MATLAB and Ansys updates

Matlab has been updated to R2023b and made default.
We also installed Ansys 2023 R1, but kept the 2021 R2 as default for compatibility
reasons with current inputs. Ansys users, please, start using this latest release
as "module load ansys/23.1", we will make it default in a few months.
